The WVPF has been providing scholarships to high school senior students for over 20 years. Generally, we award from 1 to 4 scholarships each year. The winners must be a graduating senior from a West Virginia high school and attending a West Virginia public university, college or career and technology school.
The scholarships will be awarded to the winners on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Festival.
For 2023, the WVPF has awarded four scholarships.
