West Virginia Pumpkin Festival Parade Application

Be it known that the undersigned intends to be a participant in the WV Pumpkin Festival Parade to be held on the street of Milton, WV, on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. The WV Pumpkin Festival sponsors the parade. Participant acknowledges that he/she has read all of the rules and regulations as published by the festival association regarding safety conduct measures and understands their contents. Be it further known that the participant does hereby accept and acknowledge full responsibility for his/her actions (and those of all additional participants) and activities during the course of the parade route and does accept and acknowledge the fact the WV Pumpkin Festival expressly offer no indemnification to participant for any injury that may befall a member of the parade audience as the result of participant's activities. Participant expressly agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her activity that involves the offering, delivery or distribution, in any manner whatsoever, of goods or candies to members of the public who constitute the parade audience.
